Rotarians' spouses donated visor-type PPEs to medical practitioners




March 20, 2020-  Spouse Rena Rodriguez and Tiny Pongos made another version of visor - type PPEs, this time , donated to the medical practitioners who have also contact with NCOV PUIs in Ormoc.

Hospitals who received these donations are OSPA and Ormoc Doctors. The club is grateful to this initiative of the ever generous spouses.

April 2, 2020- additional donation of face shield this time to Ormoc Maternity Hospital.





RCO donates 500 VISOR-type PPEs to the PNP Frontliners




March 20, 2020- In response to the clamor of the City Health Office for donors of PPEs,  Rotary Club of Ormoc led by their PAST President Wesley Chu and Public Image Chair Joel Ngo made an improvised visor-type PPEs using acetate, foam, and garter. Users are  the  frontliners deployed in all entry points for the city's border control points.

500 face mask PPEs donated by the Rotary Club of Ormoc were received by Police Major Arvie Trazo.



RCO's Call to ACTION : Stay at Home




March 19, 2020 - RCO has been helping LGU of Ormoc in the NCOV-related information drive  thru its CALL TO Action "STAY AT HOME . TO SAVE LIVES". Printed on big tarps mounted in the strategic areas in ORMOC, the club is optimistic that this will get the attention of a lot of ORMOCANONS and do this CALL TO ACTION.

Special thanks to the members who sponsored the printing of tarp and even use the facade and exteriors of their offices to mount these tarps.

RCO donated COVID-19 Health Checklists and Ballpens















March 16, 2020 - Rotary Club of Ormoc is among those socio-civic responders who proactively helped LGU of Ormoc with regards to its border control checkpoints to curb entry of coronavirus. Individuals coming in are required to fill up this NCOV-19 Health Checklist before they can enter the city.

We donated 10 reams of COVID-19 Health Checklists and Ballpens that were used by frontliners assigned in all borders of the Ormoc City.
